Zoomin.TV Network Support, do they reply?

ExperimentalHDX

United we stand. Divided we fall.
After the past 2 days I have sent 2 emails to Zoomin.TV's support email regarding 2 different queries... I have not received a response from any of them. Back when I was with RPM on a different channel I'd get a reply within 24 hours. I'm glad that this network has a 3 month trial period due to the fact that as of now, things aren't going great at all, but at the same time they probably won't even reply to my request to leave!

I'd just like to know from anyone else who is partnered with Zoomin.TV if long response times (48+ hours) are normal.

Thanks in advance.

Support doesn't work on weekends, they should answer you within the next couple of days. Probably busy or something.

Are you with Zoomin itself or a sub-network of them? I work with them on the sub-network front, and have had long times in between responses but only very rarely don't get back to partners myself within a 24 hour window.

Generally, the bigger the network, the less incentive there is to be quite as "on call" as sub-networks starting out.

How do I know if I'm in one of there sub-networks? My YouTube Partner status says I'm in "ZoominGames" and in the 'Final Step' email I received it says "Welcome to the Zoomin.TV Network! Your channel ExperimentalHDX has now been linked." So I'm not sure.

You would know if you were. Which was why I asked. ZoominGames is just the CMS listing for any zoomin network in the game catagory.

The fact that you don't know if you're in a sub-network is a very very solid indicator that you aren't. Yes. :)

LOL, sorry about the confusion I possess. In that case I guess I'll have to wait another few days for a reply... Oh the joy

Back when Zoomin weren't as popular their support was very good as I was one of the first to get partnered with them. But as time has gone the support has gotten worse, it seems like they have 1 guy answering all the emails so that's why it's probably taking them sooo long to reply to you. But they will eventually reply. Try talking to them on Twitter they are pretty active on there.
