I Love YTtalk
This one is a first draft for the new layout, hopefully it fits nicely but I can imagine the text being too big :D (make sure to click the thumbnail)

Me, I am reusing some stuff I had done recently in it and some things from our old background to cut corners for now.

I really like it and i'm guessing you used Adobe Photoshop, also I suggest making the text a slight bit bigger in the "Why Join YTTalk?" section.

Thanks Shane, I am going to add a lot more into there when I get to test it out, I want it similar to the current one with the presenters on it but I will have to recut a lot of the images as the old ones are way too small.
