YT partnership vs other programs that have partnerships

I have been on youtube now for a little over 2 years. I have been a YT partner now for a little over a year now. I am doing 4k-6k views each day with 147 videos on my channel. I am also doing about 25-30avg subscribers a day. During the month of Dec I saw a huge jump and was doing about $18avg each day now that it is Jan I am back to doing about $10avg each day. I was wondering if other programs pay more money. Fullscreen has offered me a partnership but I dont want to leave youtube for less money. What else can help get more money from adsense if youtube is the best option what do I need to focus on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If you are making $10-$18 a day you should stay right where you are. I'm with YouTube and I've never made that much.

I guess what you may be looking for if you don't have issues with the consistent monetising your videos is the support and media/tools and hopefully better rates that external networks may provide.

That's interesting, I'm a YouTube partner too but don't have access to customisation banners at the top of the channel page. Where can I find that functionality?

stay were your at and just keep making videos your doing a great job at that amount of money a day and you have full partnership features with youtube. if you join a partnership you will gain nothing and ow more money just stay were you are and keep up with the rooteen and the money will fallow with your sub base growing and what not

They haven't cut banners out, you just have to make them part of your background. Go to your channel > Channel Settings > Banner Height. There you enter a number and that's the number of pixels it moves the rest of your channel down so it leaves room for a "banner" that was part of your background image. Example: Here.

Thanks for that but the option isn't showing for me. When in channel > Channel Settings; the only tabs visible are "Appearance", "Info & Settings" and "tabs" tabs, and I've looked in them. So perhaps they were removed afterall as ghostlyrich posted.
