Just, good tags in general, not random tags or a lack of tags. Your tags must be adequately good to go up to that spot on the search cache.

it has 0 min retention but that does not means it cannot get ranked well

Everything influences your search rankings. Literally. All the way down to the number of videos you have, how regular you upload, if the video is monetized, etc., etc. Everything. And yes the algorithm is being changed every couple of months or so...
