Youtube partnership and networks

Hi,
I'm from Europe and I always thought there is only youtube partnership. I'm into the monetizing program and I have a clean profile, no strikes etc. uploading 2-3 vids a week. My plan was to be patient until I can apply for the real partnership.

Now I'm here in the yttalk community and everywhere there are discussions about other networks who offer partnership? Or is it a contract with youtube that when you're member of a network you get the partnership?

I just don't understand the whole socialblade stuff, statistics etc.

I really don't want to focus on money, because I just like doing videos. But I want to understand. Are these networks for english-community only? And what is a realistic point (how many videos, views, subs?) to apply for youtube partnership? I know years ago it was like 10.000+ subs.

Each network has their own requirements, and contracts which you sign onto that network. I'm not sure if there's any relation to YouTube itself, but I'm told that YouTube does not offer any 'real partnership' anymore, just the 'partnership' from having monetization enabled on at least one video.

Ok. So if I want to get the partner channel design (with the header) I have to find a network who is willing to collaborate with me? I kinda hoped I can stay independent and achieve those functions.

how are you not independent? :)

I would assume so, yes. Other features like the custom thumbnails, external annotations and more chance of successful content id disputes can be enabled through simple monetization.

Most networks will not claim rights of your videos so you will still be independent :)

Try CreatorX or RPM networks as they appear to have the lowest entry requirements. As always read the understand the contract thoroughly before you sign up.

Is monetization available in your Country? If it's not, you can still apply for Partnership directly with YouTube here
