Youtube partner email and view count frozen?

Hi, I am a musician with a youtube channel, approx 2 months old. I released my first music video and only have 3 subscribers so far, and over 1700 views. I´m happy with that being my first real video and hope to increase subscribers as time goes on. Anyhow, In my account setings it says "youtube" partner, and I can monetize - but not have a banner (!) sucks....And now my views are frozen on 1768 for 2 days.
Anyone had a similar situation? Whats all this about? My account is in good standing btw. Weird...
Any suggestions??

you're account isn't actually fully partnered you just have youtube monetization and sometimes youtube freeze videos so they can make sure all the views are real.
 
I hear that views are way more important than subs. You are doing great. No banner withou network partnership and yes, I have had views frozen for awhile :)

Thanks Chef Kendra! It´s a bit hard to get the word out and subs when you are a new musician and it all depends on musical taste - so yeah I think subs are going to take a while. But I enjoy doing what I do, so eventually it all comes down to that :) Let me know when your views are unfrozen!

dude you have an amazing view to sub count man that is awesome man and also yes it has happened to me

Mostly the views comes through video embedding on other sites i.e. facebook. I will probably do some youtube/Google ads in march when my second music video is out - that might get even more views.
Also , I gotta make more videos live!
