youtube not monetizing?

youtube won't monetize my tekkit dual commentary series and I don't know why. There is no copyright music and it is just me and some friends talking while playing tekkit. Some of them have been monetized but the latest ones haven't. Any thing wrong in the videos? Please help out.

Games = Copyrighted material = Monetize = Copyright strike. Simple as that.

Some games are not allowed to be mentorised. I don't know about ur game. But u can search the Google to see if its legal to mentorised it. If it is legal then just send a message to youtube telling them that ur content is all yours and you have the license and stuff. Sometimes you have to credit the game/music in the description.

Cut out what the above said, most games arn`t legal to monetize without a license but Minecraft is,

Minecraft is basically the only game you can monetize without being with a network. Almost any others are breaking copyright.

It's not legal basically. No you will not get a strike for monetizing it, if the publishers saw you were monetizing it well that wouldn't be good news.
