youtube normal Monetization not work from 1st augest 2013

YouTube monetization without a network is very buggy. There is no fix to it. Sorry. You will just have to wait for YouTube to find a solution. :)
 
It's been reeeaaaally buggy lately. Monetisation icons have been vanishing, videos are pending forever. It's something they don't seem in any real rush to fix unfortunately.
 
Yeah it sucks. My videos all went from 'Under Review' to 'Monitoring for possible review' and have been that way since early June.
