Youtube networks no fixed cpm

Hey can someone name some youtube networks that has no fixed cpm, just high ad sales for example, socialblade/rpm because i want to join a network that has split 70 or above and monthly payout is every 1 month not 2 month delay

Almost every network has no fixed CPM. And looking at your channel, pretty much every network would give you 70 or higher split.
