Well! given that there doesnt seem to be a thread for this, I thought i'd make one anyway (given last years seemed to do so well!)
What are your goals for 2022? How many subs would you like to have by the end of the year, How many views?, do you have any other goals for your channel over the next 12 months? Post them down below!
On my end here were my goals last year!
On the subs front I smashed my goal ending the year on 765 subscribers...which was just...WAY beyond anything I could have predicted given what I'd set as a stretch goal!
Views ended up being a bit more complex. I still smashed my goal whichever way you look at it. pooling in a grand total of 142.2k Views But 2 of my biggest videos got hit with bad traffic so I had to unlist them, dropping my views down to 120k publically...so I still went WAY over my intended goal. but until I can public the videos I had to block for bad traffic I fell just a bit short of my stretch goal.
As for additional goals, while I didnt quite manage something new every single week with my channel, I did up my game and try to overhaul most of my work by a decent wedge alongside working on my content AND producing more longer form videos. I also managed to get WAY more into the podcasting community and did a few really solid collabs with people which helped me to better network and grow my channel further. So BIG success on that front.
2021 really was a fantastic year of growth for my channel. and I really want to keep that momentum growing in 2022! So here are my goals!

- How many views would you like to have at the end of 2021? - 100k (125k as a stretch goal)
- What are your other YouTube goals for your channel for 2021 (unrelated to subs and views) ? - I want to try and do one significant thing with my youtube channel every week, I want to try and collab a bit more and try and get involved in the youtube podcasting scene a bit more.

- How many views would you like to have at the end of 2022? - 150k (165k as a stretch goal)
- What are your other YouTube goals for your channel for 2022 (unrelated to subs and views) ? - I've noticed that for some reason my channel isnt being pushed in Australia, Canada or New Zealand. which, given they're english speaking terratories and a not insignificant number of people there would probably like my content, seems like a massively untapped market to me. So my big channel goal for the next 12 months is to try and crack at least 1 of those terratories and preferrably all of them. I'd also like to try streaming a bit more. last year I really got into live streams, but couldnt figure out a way to do what I do in a live format. This year, I'd like to try and crack that.
