Youtube does not want to monetize my videos

i've been putting videos regulary in youtube this month and i monetize those but lately youtube started to be mean to me ahha by no monetizing my videos,
they are tutorials with an intro and outro in the begenning with free usage music that i took of and reuploaded and nothing chaged youtube did not change its mind??

Delete the videos, edit your videos again, use original content, or gaming that can be monetized and get free music for background.

guys the video contain no music now nothing it is not a game play it is a programming tutorial where i speack showing the programming steps and details so every thing in the video is only mine.....

This could be mis-claiming. I have had it happen on some of my videos. There is little you can do if they won't allow you to re-monetize.

You can run into issues showing software interfaces you do not have commercial rights to record and redistribute.
If I was your lawyer (and i'm clearly not) I would be lead to believe you have a decent fair use argument in relation to content you uploaded.
