Youtube designs, good or bad?

Just wondering what you thin about the decision to make the new youtube channel design compulsory some time in March. I personally think the old one was slightly better because it was easier to see and interact with viewers, but the new is easier to view videos on. What do you think?
 
I have come to like the new layout, but I do agree with you, "easier to see and interact with viewers", and the old channel design was more customization-able.

Yeah I liked how you could customise pretty much everything on the old version and it was much easier to design a background with too, I need to make a new one now.

Yeah!, I totally agree, you could customize pretty much everything and make everything look a whole lot better!, I'd like to be able to customize the new layout a bit more!, Com' on YouTube.

Also the fact that the design is only white, grey and black means you have to design a background that fits in with that too :/
 
Same. I hated the new design with a passion. But knowing they where gonna switch I forced myself to use the new one. Now I love it! And I think once everyone is on the same page it will catch on.

I did the same thing and got the same result!, we don't have much choice though...

It'll sure be a lot of work!, I'm trying to make my YouTube background perfect, but I still need to keep trying!
