Youtube CMS

I'm partnered with Fullscreen. All my videos are claimed, but when I want to go to the youtube CMS, it tells me my account is not linked. My Partner manager at fullscreen told me, that they don't support youtube cms. How can it help me to claim videos if I can't go to the youtube cms page? What do I need to to to get youtube cms?

Buddy, you cant go in the CMS.

The CMS (Content Management System) is for the MCN's (Like Fullscreen itself) , not for the Partners.
