Youtube Advertising on my Non-monetizable Video....

On my other channel I have a video that has music in it and I could not get partnered with Creator X until I removed it from my main channel. I looked at it the other day and I guess they still advertise on it although it's not monetized. Is this supposed to happen???

If it has third party match they can if you feel like it switch the music via youtube creator but you will loose the views and stuff
