Youtube Adsense CPC

For the last few weeks my CPC has been always 0,03 cents.
This is really killing me because it used to be a little bit higher.

Has anyone also having this problem of cpc dropping down?
Any tips or advice?

CPC can be going down because everyone is partner nowadays so maybe the advertisers don't offert that much anymore. Don't really know.

Yea that makes alot of sense... I see you're also from the Netherlands are you in a network?

Oh ok cool. I'm getting 10.000 views a day but only from the Netherlands. People told me it's not smart to go with a network because of this.
What do you think anout this?

Depends I'm at a network because otherwise I can't monetize games. Networks have the rights for it and I also wanted some free music they offer. If you have all the rights I don't see why you should join a network if everything is working fine.

I would love to make more money.. a bit higher cpc/ctr..
