I'm a part of WWEcommunity
Basically we are a wwe gaming community channel, after being told one of our members may be leaving in September I have decided to completely re-shape the community.
Basically we will be creating new official roles for people, looking to upload more and re-designing our channel art etc. We do a monthly podcast which has been postponed due to us all having a busy summer and will return around September.
Basically we are going to have about three members, One will be a normal director but may be also be given a scouting job to go along with it. Another will be in the role of creative freedom basically this means he isn't in charge of anything and just makes videos ( he was the co-founder along with me ) and I will be head recruiter and head of video creation. Official descriptions of the jobs will be announced at one point but for now we need the following.
we are looking for people who can simply make videos to contribute to the channel, now while everyone has this responsibility we are also looking for people to add the job of scout to there responsibility's on the channel. We are also looking to create more roles in the channel.
While this might all sound over kill or pointless I have found that creating these roles help with the running of the channel. If you are interested please reply in the thread.
