You can in theory, but Machinima will likely blacklist you (barring you from all their subnetworks). If you want to join a network that doesn't allow blacklisted channels of any kind you could be screwed. You'll also have to remove any videos with their intro on or any music/visuals they've permitted you to use.

What's wrong with Machinima? No networks are awesome today, bar a select few, believe me!

I haven't got a cent, it'll take me the length of the contract to get any money, and I like the options other networks have given me
 
Please tell if you don't mind? I'm a fullscreen partner and i mean i wouldn't expect anything to be perfect but i think they are much better than being a regular youtube partner and using a adsense account to generate your earnings! I just hope and have faith that things turn out good in the future.:)

With respect if you don't have more than 2,000 views a day (monetisable, so about 4,000 views daily minimum, if not more!) you won't see a cent in most networks.
 
Unlikely, It`s freely available, I have like 4 versions of it :p
If there`s an NDA on it they could technically Sue..

Shouldn`t you have check the payout threshold before signing?
