Window Movie Maker...Sound Issues?

Ok, here's a weird one.
I've used MM for a number of years, yes I know it has a pletherer of faults, however my question today is...
Has anyone else just had it SUDDENLY stop playing sound (during editing) on ONLY gaming videos?
The sound plays fine on the individual clips and the sound worked fine in MM during editing yesterday, but today...Nope!
So any ideas?

I would recommend you forget about WMM and go for something else that's free, Movie Maker is very locked.

Yes I had this issue back in the day, simply convert the video file to a different format. I'd reccomend trying out other editors to get more of your videos in the future
