Will I still earn money if I promote my video trough AdSense

Hi guys.

Today I saw a feature in YouTube Video Manager to promote a video.It says that for a small amount of money I will get more views on my video.

My question is: If I get 7-10k views trough YouTube Promote feature will I still earn from ads on my video and monetize that 10k views?

I think so...but I'm sure there's fine print right before you promote your video that you should check out.

adword is for promotion but yes you will earn like on any other video

^ Thissy this. I think it all has something to do with how long the video is viewed for, and how many times from the same IP it is viewed (for example, 100 views from one computer now only counts as 1 view).

To work it out, an average is for every 1,000 views you receive, approximately 400-500 will be monetised, if you're lucky.
