Hey guys,
I uploaded a speed art, as seen here, The music was non-copyrighted, and i even slowed it down. And i still got a "monitoring for possible review".

Any amazing youtube scientists know whats going on?

Thanks,
Chris

That sucks. I've had my stuff go under review a few times and usually it falls off after a few days. Unfortunately it's during the time I get the bulk of my views on a particular video, but it's worth waiting out if you have the rights to the music.[DOUBLEPOST=1376866539,1376866398][/DOUBLEPOST](It was really cool to watch your process making that banner though! Is that the current AE?)

Thank you, and that is photoshop CS6

Does anyone have a conclusive reason why?

One thing that has worked for me on several of my videos is: Copy/paste the title, description and tags into a notepad and then clear them out on the video. Leave the description blank, leave the tags blank and just set the title as something like "A" and set it to private, and then monetise it and save etc. Go back to video manager and refresh a few times, and it should work. Then you can edit the tags and description back in.

A song may be non-copyrighted, however the creator will request that it will not be monetized in any way.

Use a channel called safetracks.
Its a channel made specifically to promote non-copyrighted music and the video descriptions let you know whether you can monetize your vids or not.
