Why RPM ignore me when ask to reissue check?

Hi guys,

Is there any other SocialBlade/RPM partners who did not received check?

For the first time when i contacted RPM Support about this they replied that i need to wait for 60 days to start reissue process. But now when 80 days passed i've contacted them more than once ( 5 -6 times to be more exact ) and since then did not get any reply.

It looks like they ignore me on purpose.

Any thoughts about this ?
 
I'd recommend switching to paypal as your payment method if you can. It's a lot easier and quicker

RPM is just a terrible network in my opinion they ignore me when I ask something.

And what do you ask them usually ? Because I'm asking to resend 100$ check.

For me this is a lot of money...
 
Yes it is , Are you emailing them or using there support option on the dashboard?
From my experience the dashboard option is quicker than emailing!

If they do not reply you could wait in till next month as this month is almost finished , but make sure you address etc is correct before

I used both.

Well, they replied to all my 7 mails today:) But it took them 21 day to reply.
 
They probably busy with something so they can't reply to all message or email they received. Good thing they have replied your message
