First, read the contract they are offering you. Then, decide if you want to join or not; if you don't like it DO NOT JOIN.

Never jump into a partnership. They are a very new network with about 15 channels. They don't even have a finished website yet, and the one they do have looks pretty unprofessional and "home-made". I would avoid partnering with them until they get on their feet with 100+ partners. Their total network currently has "4000+ subscribers" The average channel in Fullscreen or Maker probably have this alone lol.
