I had a look at my stats on socialblade and according to them its states that my channel is claimed by someone called CS. Who the heck are they?

There is a false positive on one of my Left 4 Dead videos which they claim has music in it which it doesn't. How do I go about getting it removed?

Its something I've never had to deal with.

I was looking at that but there is no option to say there is no music in the video.
