Hey guys so recently i figured out that i can't monetize my videos due to the country i live in (Serbia). So i am looking for a network that doesn't require me to have Adsense and more specifically a network that can work on international checks instead of just paypal? Do you know any?

When you join a network. You can enable monetization. Even if you live in a country that doesn't support it.

You will need to have monetization enabled if you want to earn. Having monetzation enabled means you agree you want to make money out of your video and if you don't, then that means you are telling "i don't want to make money out of my video".

That kind of just made no sense, as i have been previously told, that you don't need adsense for every network.

They require you to have an adsense (usually) although when you partner with them they link your YouTube account to their adsense.

This is what Dananuh said in the previous thread.
No, you cant receive partnership through YouTube. However, you could be accepted by some networks.

This just confuses me, does this mean i can never get partnership?

You can only get a FULL YouTube Partnership through a network. You can monetize your videos and earn money through Adsense; but this is your problem right? Your country does not allow it?
I think RPM and their sub-networks do not require to have your own adsense account. They put your channel under one of their adsense accounts or something and you will get paid your own split of the money by either PayPal or Cheque. You can try contacting them. I know this works as a fact because that is what happened for me. :p I am not sure about any other networks.
