Which network accepts my channel [HELP]

Fullscreen is the best network and they accept all the best way to do a video game tutorial is to provide commentary.:}
 
if you have a issue applying for fullscreen and they won't accept your channel then go to google and search up creator x they are just a smaller version of fullscreen but with the same great partner perks.

No network in the world will accept you without commentary, it's illegal.

Really?? im glad i got the word and my partner manager at fullscreen said the same thing to provide commentary.. lol if it's illegal then i advise anyone to remove it lol cuz jail aint no joke they goin play a game on that a$$ lmao
 
So is it illegal or isnt it? Because im sure many people have done tutorials without commentary before. I thought it was just LP's that couldnt be done like that.
