Where can I negotiate my contract?

I Love YTtalk
Hey I've been a Fullscreen partner for about a year and 4 months, however my subscribers have reached 10k+ and I'm doing a whole lot better than I used to. I've gotten offers from Curse with a 90% gross split, which is a lot better than what I have. Who do I talk to, to negotiate my contract? I mean my partnership manager from Yeousch doesn't return my emails ever since he got the notion I wanted out of my contract, and Fullscreen support takes literally over a week to just redirect my to "Rick" my partnering manager. I want to talk this out, because I enjoy being with Fullscreen, I love the Dashboard and everything that it brings. However Yeousch has done nothing for me so far, when my contract runs out I'm gonna want different terms, I want it to be directly with Fullscreen and have a better split. Who do you guys talk to about this kind of stuff? And is Fullscreen willing to negotiate a new contract even though my old one doesn't expire till Jan. 2014?

I'm not sure if they'd let you, but just to make sure I'd probably send them their support an email with a title like "Contract Renegotiation"

It is actually possible-and Fullscreen have been known to up your split just out of generosity, but you need to be pulling in a lot of views for that to happen. Not sure if Yeousch has the same policy.

It seems to me that there is more to the story than we are being told.

You signed a contract, honor it. You state that they are not returning your messages because you want to renegotiate your contract. They are not obligated to renegotiate because they are upholding their part of the bargain.

You stated, "what do we think of this kind of stuff"?

I think that it is chicken-s**t that you are trying to re-negotiate a contract that you signed.

You pass a million views and 10K subs? BFD! YOU signed the contract, YOU need to honor your commitment. I think that it is despicable that you come here to try to slander these companies and blackmail them into re-negotiating.

Contract states "This contract can be re-written or changed if both partys agree"
So I signed a contract with that in mind.

Of course I'm gonna wanna negotiate the terms, when I find out that I get about half my money on a low CPM, when I thought I was having 90% on a high CPM. The whole "sales team" is a piece of crap, and to be honest so is this contract.

I can't wait to quit it and sign with Curse.

I`ve said this before, You might have had a chance with Fullscreen Directly but The chances of getting Yeousch to give you anything are slim to nil :D[DOUBLEPOST=1367058804,1367058641][/DOUBLEPOST]BTW is the "Rick" guy, Yeousch`s CEO? maybe it`s just the same name, but if it`s it would explain why he doesn`t want to give away a bigger chunk of his revenue :D

Maybe a little harsh, but he does have a point. You did sign the contract and it wasnt for your first born or signed for a lifetime.

Me thinks you should wait it out. Yeah you've done really well, but a deal's a deal. Just look forward to getting a better deal next time :)

Yes, I am trying to make sure that I had his attention.
I'm not here to babysit people or to say, "Oh, poor baby."
Contracts are legal documents. This isn't kid's play.
He has since stated that he thought that he could renegotiate.
OK, I understand that. But it states that both parties must agree.
Obviously, the other party is not interested.

Uberdanger. I'm sure you'll see my comment above. I have to go
and can't type it twice. Best wishes on completing your contractual
period. Be sure to know when your time is up if you really want to leave.
