When would be a good time to try and get partnership?

Im not a huge youtuber, but i was thinking wheter partnership would help me grow and if so when should i get partnered
 
~100 views daily and up.

And no, networks don`t really help you grow, you have to do that. They just give you some features, tools and revenue.
 
Networks may help you in certain ways through promotion while others wont. Wait till your getting over 300 views before considering partnership. That is what most networks take as their lowest views needed.
 
Sorry mate doesnt look like you are able yet. You need 100 + Views a day or 84+ a day to apply through social blade...... Thats the easiest.
 
As soon as possible though, make sure your views are secure. They provide protection from click-bombing which can disable your adsense.
 
Networks will typically not help you grow your channel it is up to you to do that, as for when, like others have said 100+ views is definitely a bench mark, Ideally 150+.
