Hello, we were also asking ourselfs, WHEN are you gaining money? We are making short movies and vlogs, so are there special requirements or something?

Just going to preface this by saying that if you're in the whole "YouTube" thing just to make money, you're in it for the wrong reasons. The chances of your channel growing large enough at a rapid enough pace to support yourself off of it alone are slim to none.
You can start making money on your videos pretty much as soon as your monetize them. It may not be quick, and you won't be sent a check until you hit a certain threshold, but they'll start to make something.
There are better ways to make money than adsense (I notice you made another thread regarding this). If you manage to get partnered, they can offer you more opportunities to make money. Different partners do it different ways, and some offer more opportunities than others.
