Exposure Network is pretty good if your looking for one with a fair payout. It only requires 100 views and good quality content.

Not really anyone networks have low requirements in which your going to get a good deal at the end of it. There is always going to be one thing which limits you. For example, payment threshold, for smaller channels it means you will hardly earn anything at all up to a point.
What kind of requirements are we talking about here? Low as in less than a 100 or what? Give me some figures.

less than 200 for each video i guess, but at the same time a good network that has good support etc etc

There's no such thing as a good network. There's such a thing as a good contract. And they're not "easy" to get.

If you mean the payout split, then it's 70/30, it's quite high compared to RPM I guess.

You will still be completely on your own in terms of finding help/etc.
