It's delayed very often and updates very slowly. It's just youtube being slow. Sometimes I can upload a video, get 3-4 likes quickly and it shows no views.

This. It practically happens for everyone. Nothing to fret about, just know you probably have more views than it shows.

Check the range that you have selected on Analytics, you might not have all your stuff selected. Also, make sure you aren't counting any views from videos that are private.

Additionally it does take some time to update occasionally.
