What network should i apply for

Ok so I started my youtube channel on june 2012 and I've been consistently uploading for 7 months. I've got 70+ videos 1800+ subscribers and an ok viewcount I get around 45,000 views a month and around 3+ subs a day. People keep asking me why am I not partnerd but I just can not decide. I do gameplay on my channel and I have already got offers from TGN, Socialblade and PlanetPoke (a subsidary of fullscreen. I am looking for any other networks which you guys suggest and which one I should also go with.

P.S: I also upload previews owned by tv tokyo for episodes on my channel I have been doing this for a good 4 months and tv tokyo now and don't seem to mind and I monetize the previews(I know they know because each preview earns a good 10,000 or more and appears in their videos suggested box) so I'd like info of any networks would allow me to upload these episode previews while partnerd with them.

I think NO network wants you. You have copyrighted content on your channel. If you don't have the rights to monetize it and you get a partnership there will be a chance you're going to jail.
 
I'm with Fullscreen, and It's a really good network. But I'm worried about the copyrighted content... Most networks most likely will not accept you if you have that.

Everything has a copyright. If it's not your own material, you have to have permission from the artist to use it. Just because you haven't got a strike for it, doesn't make it non copyrighten.

If you don`t get caught robbing a bank, does that mean you`re allowed rob a bank?? NO

I recruit for a network and I can tell you any proper network isn`t going to take a second glanse at your channel, until those copyrighted videos are gone...
