What is YouTube success to you?

My success is a somewhat complex, variable formula. Most days, it's mostly judged by how much fun I've had making the videos. Throw in a dash of a loyal audience, and I'd call that my success story.
 
Personally, I'm hoping to get a partnership with a network like Yeousch or TGN or somebody, but only because I've heard they can keep the copyright police at bay. Otherwise, I'm content to just make the videos I want to make. If people watch them and like them, I consider that a bonus.
