It's next to nothing. You'll get accepted unless you're very new or have any copyright strikes.

But you shouldnt really be so worked up about networks as you are. You're posting threads about it right and left.
 
As ConnersCraft said, 84 views a day is the bare minimum to get partnered with RPM. I'd personally wait until you are getting a few hundred views a day to even begin to think about partnerships. Don't rush into things.

If you get partnered with low views a day, getting partnered isn't going to help you very much. You get paid per views, so the more views you get, the more money you make. Many people get partnered with networks with low daily views and they never reach the payment threshold before their contract ends.

for example me. i have 200 views a day. if i wait i lose 200 views a day with extra incoming right?
and if the contract ends, can't i just start a new one?
and how long is a contract with RPM?

Yes, and no. Networks take a cut out of your pay. So you may be earning extra income, you may not.
