what is partnership ?

Well, what ive learned so far its complicated. Myself, iam a vlog/gamer/commentary, and there is alot of networks for me to join (being partner with). But to do so, i must have alot of views, or subs etc etc. But i guess itsmore complicated for me as a gamer to get partnership.
Many things about "copyright" things and licsenses and stuff.
And no, iam not partner with anyone so far.
Partnership can for an example be that your videos will be posted at your partners channel, you get promoted so to speak.
This is what ive read and understand, but if iam wrong, correct me.
Like i said, its complicated, to me atleast :p
 
Partnership is when you sign up and are accepted to a network (or YouTube partnership)

When you reach a certain number of daily views/subscribers you'll be able to apply to certain networks and get accepted, once accepted they'll roll out the benefits of partnership which is the banner at the top of your YouTube channel, links down the small description, customization thumbnails and the ability to earn money from what you're doing.

There are a lot of networks to partner with, SocialBlade has (as far as I know) the lowest daily view requirement of 84 views per day. You can check your channel stats by going to http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/thesonotcreative and at the bottom of the first graph you'll see your daily views.

You're currently getting 144.6 views per day, which means that you can apply to a network (If you haven't all ready. To apply to SocialBlade click here: http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/thesonotcreative/partner
 
Partnership is a beautiful thing, it is when two people decide they're going to do something together. This helps them because now two minds and two sets of eyes are able to survey the situation, and the two become like a team, it's very.... oh you meant like partnership on youtube? Oh... what those guys said. ^^

Actually I'm working on an idea for this forum, I just have to figure out a good way to get everyone on board, but it would very much go with the theme of what you're saying :)
 
Well, for "us" gamers its hard to do it legit. I mean, you need a partner with licsense to post gameplay footage, but in the same way,you need 30k veiwsmonth, do even get into the network. This is like forcing me to drive a car, before i even get my driverLIC...its a messed up system

I didn't know that, that really blows man. Kind of like how you need credit to get credit. It's like "umm.. if I had credit, I wouldn't be applying for this credit card..."
