I just want to know what network would be the best if your planning to make walkthroughs of games with cut-scenes and everything.

It's hard to say. Most networks say that if you have commentary over your gameplay videos, it should be ok. Some say not to include cutscenes though. But there isn't a place where you can see what game licenses they have. You can ask each network individually but you should be fine with most of the big networks (don't know about cutscenes though). If I were to guess, I would guess that machinima has the most game licenses.
