What does Split mean? I'm newb :(

The split is how your money is separated. 60/40 means 60% of the earnings go to you, and 40% goes to the network. When you got accepted by Machinima, you signed a contract. In the contract was your split. It varies for different contracts, so it depends what you agreed on.

The split is how much the money is split between you and the network. You would get 60% and TGS 40% of the earnings.
As for the Machinima split, it should say in your contract.
 
Split is when they cut you in half lol :) What it really means, is the network takes a cut of your earnings , then gives the rest of to you :)

Hello thank you.
I dont know my split because i cant find my contract anywhere on my pc. But do you know the average split for Machinima? :(
 
The 60/40 split will be how much goes to both you and your network. You will be taking 60% of the revenue, while your network will be taking 40%.

Can't you ask Machinima for another copy of your contract ? I keep my Fullscreen contract saved on my Mac called "Fullscreen" and inside that folder are all the contracts i've ever signed with FS :) It's always good to have your contract near by , incase something happens. :)

It should state how much revenue goes to you in your contract... Double check it and make sure. Email them for another copy if you need one.
