What does signature mean in a youtube partnership contract?

Signing digital contracts, like the one with the partnership contract, means you sign it by writing your full name. It's just like signing a real contract, but instead of signing a physical paper, you are signing a digital contract.

So if you want to sign it, put your full name where you need to sign.

For example, if your name was John Doe, You should sign the contract as "John Doe".
