Yeah I was thinking of something different. Basically you have two amps facing inwards either side of the name ThePixelAmp and then the font be like a pixel font and maybe try making a pixel amp. What do you think?

I like it. It's bright, simple and clean. One of the better ones I've seen. Well done. I also like how the thumb/avatar/logo thing isn't the same as the graphic in the middle of the banner.

I agree with Chef Kendra, It's very clean and looks sleek. Once the other comes, make sure it's not too busy... No one will probably care too much, but maybe to some clutter will push them away
