Looks good for a 15min attempt, more than I can could do. Only thing I would say is that all those people in the middle are really cramped together.

Maybe try moving them down a bit, so their heads fit in the banner on your channel and then spread them out if possible. Just a suggestion :)
 
For a 15 minute exercise this looks fine! My only problem with it is why you would only want to spend 15 minutes on your banner? It is literally the first thing people are going to see on your channel, at least in the new design, and should be recognizable and representative for your channel! Your banner, together with the thumbnails you use on your videos, is your visual calling card. You can have the best videos in the world, if your graphical representation did not get the attention it deserves you're basically cutting interest in your channel in half, maybe even less...

What you said there was so true! and the reason i spent 15 minutes is because i still dont quite understand the new template, but i will put some more time into soon, thankyou for the feedback :)
