what do you think about my new banner?

I just fun finished my first banner with this new one layout. I was hoping that I could hear what some of you thought.

it doesnt have a smooth look to it try adding a picture of one dog behind a background that is smooth with your channel name at the side

I would try to make it more simple. Less is more in the visual elements! That is my two cents!
