What do I get if I use Unksipable ads? (In-Stream)

Do I earn more or something if I use the Unskipable ads ? (Standard In-Stream)

compared to using just Overview and True-View.

I don't think the viewers like them at all.

Well, you're supposed to get more money if you use that option.
Though I experimented with it in one of my videos once, but using that instream ads (up to 30 sec) thing seemed to lower or not change the amount I was earning so I took it off. :/

True-view ads have the highest CPMs compared to any other advertising format. They are worth nothing if the viewer skips after 5 seconds, though.

Does the viewer have to watch the whole ad for you to get anything or just longer than 5 seconds?
