That would depend on the network. On Machinima, the directors post to the hub channels, partners only post on their own

i believe not. its more like helping oit the network because it will help you gain more money by exposing your chaannel towards other people!

On Machinima you get a small cut of what they make from your video being on your channel. That said, you make more on your personal, the main channel is for exposure

If you're only a director with a network, most networks won't pay you for any revenue generated from that video. If you're a partner and a director with a network, most networks will give you a share of the revenue from that video. My information comes from reading 7 contracts and the websites for many more networks.
