Soooo, why should your location matter, when your videos are playing all over the world and the ads being served are either targeted to the user itself or bought by an agency?

It mostly depends on where your viewers are watching from and the best Countries for that are (as listed above) United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Ireland.
