What are qualifications for a partnership? (wondering for future reference)

well one you have to be coool
second make good quality videos
third have a good amount of views
fourth you have to be cool

CreatorX is simular if I'm right even less views a day.

Fullscreen 500 subs and 30k views a month.

TGN 30k views a month.


Also you cannot have copyrighted material on your account. <---- Or copyright strikes.
The first copyright strike get's removed after 2 months. the second stays forever and you cannot get partnered.

Is it 18 and older only?
 
every partner has a different amount you need but what they are mainly looking for is high quality, unique, active creators

But how do i know if i have a copyrightstrike? :( I cant seem to find out where it is :(
