Hey YTTalk!
I really need your guys' help.
If you are willing to participate, I will interview your channel, give you a shoutout and promote your channel.
I am spreading awareness of a rare form of Tourette's I unfortunately suffer from called coprolalia (Swearing Tourette's).
South Park did a pretty good job of doing this. However, I still face conflicts in public because of my disability.
Even some nurses don't seem to understand it is 100% beyond my control.
For example, I was at the pool and one guy told me "That's not very nice language."
I replied I have a medical condition called Tourette Syndrome, and he said "I know, I'm a nurse, but that's not very nice language". He then asked if I could replace the swearing tics with "safer words".
How often do I need to tell people I have absolutely no control over what I am saying?
My ultimate goal is to be able to walk down the street without getting criticized my disability. Is that too much to ask for?
You don't have to have Tourette Syndrome to participate.
All I need you to do is send me a ten second clip about my channel, for a shoutout, and I will help promote your videos using social networking sites. Here are some examples of clips you could send:
1- Complaints about my videos (creativity/ humour is great)
2- Comments about my channel (praise or negativity is both tolerated)
Please email me the clips at noahkgermain@icloud.com.
Thank you for helping me spread awareness about Swearing Tourette Syndrome.
