Vultra cease to exist ?

I applied to Vultra as a content aggregator , this morning I saw such descriptions vultra's staff on skype. What now with this network?

I googled Vultra and sorted by the most recent results, and a fella made a video just 10 hours ago saying he got partnered. I would highly doubt that they'd still be accepting partners and whatnot if they were going to shut down, and I imagine they'd give their partners a little heads up The most likely choice is that those two resigned and are going to be replaced or something
