Other Voice over needed for fake popcorn commercial

In an earlier topic GreatAndRandom had a small idea about a video. So this was my idea from that idea:

A voice over with the text:

Jake's popcorn, Popcorn for everybody!

We now offer popcorn with fresh butter,

We just plop a nice stick of butter into your popcorn bucket and it’s ready to go!

So what are you waiting for?!

Get some buttery popcorn right now!!

And then a small animation underneath that text. It will be a fake commercial.
My idea was to have a voice over with the accent of Gimli but any fresh idea's / your own voice overs are welcome.

I hope that there are people around here who would like to try to voice over this.

There isn't really a reason. Had a lol moment when I saw the idea and now just making the random video.
