VISO Possible Partnership?

Today I've got a PM from a BBTV / VISO recruiter in which he invited me into their network.
I have different anime related video but I do not own the copyrights and I do not have voice overs in them, so can those videos be legally monetized by the network? or the recruiter just randomly sent that message?
 
They send out huge amounts of these requests to anyone. Get with a proper network instead.

Although your videos are edited none of the content is your own so you're on shaky legal ground for monetising them. If you apply to some good networks you'll probably find out if they're fine with it or whether they reject you due to copyright issues.

Get with a proper network instead? What's that suppose to mean lol? BBTV/Viso is probably one of the best networks I've ever been part of, equally ranked with Fullscreen imo. They also have a really high RPM. Op, I think you should consider accepting them, they're a really good network. Simply email them your question. They'll email back within 12 hours and give you the proper answer.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic. From what I've heard BBTV/Viso have pretty low RPM.

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic O.o You've never been with the network but you have their quotas ? In all seriousness, Viso's a great network with decent pay. Not gonna exaggerate but my RPM is higher on Viso than it is on my channel with FS 60% of the time.
 
There have been some threads bashing BBTV/Viso and their CPM. That's why I though they are bad.
 
What usually happens is, a recruiter will send a mass amount of messages to a number of different channels, in return hoping to get a few people interested.

And I've heard mixed things about BBTV/Viso.

For one, a number of people I have spoken to have often talked about having a low CPM. This could of changed however, I know about a month or two ago they had a big investment for some news corporation. So I'm not 100% sure. I'd highly recommend doing some more research on them. :)
