Views The Same, Earnings Down?

The past few days, my views have stayed around the same amount, yet my earnings have been going down quite a bit. In the past few days as well there have been days I've earned less than days where I've gotten higher views, it's kind of weird. Is it just a weird CPM fluctuation or something?
My Ad Performance hasn't updated since Saturday, so I can't tell. Do any long-term partners have little periods like this?
 
Ad money tends to be appropriated every business quarter. And the highest-revenue ads will be at the end of the quarter, as that's when ad agencies are looking to sell their remaining inventory. So the end of March is going to be very high, beginning of April, pretty low.

It'll pick up through the end of June, then dip again.
