Views on fullscreen not match up to youtube views?

Hello all. I noticed awhile ago with my fullscreen partnership that it says i have like 70,000 total upload views on my youtube. Now, on my youtube, it says that i have a total of 58,000 video views and on my youtube channel page i have a total of 48,000 video views (lower due to deleted videos, private videos, and unlisted videos with youtube's new changes to policy and views) ... Can someone explain this to me like why my fulscreen says i have so many video views? Is anyone else having the same problem?
